Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Our journey with composting and soil building began in the early 2000s while running a completely different business. At the time, making soil blends and compost for gardens was simply a side project—something we did for extra income and out of curiosity about growing better plants.

Over time that curiosity turned into a passion. In 2014 we expanded deeper into soil biology and began worm farming, producing worm castings and learning more about the incredible microbial life that exists in healthy soil.

Life took an unexpected turn in 2018 when the mother of my children was diagnosed with cancer. That experience forced me to think deeply about health, nutrition, and where true wellness really begins.

I came to a realization that changed everything: real health begins in the soil.

If the soil lacks minerals, biology, and balance, the food grown in that soil will lack those things too—and ultimately that affects the health of the people eating it.

That realization reignited my passion for composting, but this time with a much deeper purpose.

What had once been a side project became a mission: help restore soil health so we can help restore human health.

My five kids and I began rebuilding from the ground up, working tirelessly to create a composting system focused on producing the highest quality living compost possible.

Today we are blessed to have an incredible team that feels more like family than employees. Together we continue working toward the same goal that started this journey—helping restore life back to the soil.

• Why We Care About Soil

Soil is more than just dirt — it is the living foundation that supports nearly all life on Earth.

Healthy soil stores water, cycles nutrients, supports beneficial microbes, and grows the food that nourishes our families. When soil is alive and balanced, plants are stronger, food is more nutrient-dense, and ecosystems thrive.

Unfortunately, many modern agricultural systems have depleted soils of the minerals and biology that plants depend on.

Our work is dedicated to rebuilding that living foundation — one compost pile, one garden, and one community at a time.

By restoring life to the soil, we believe we can help restore health to people and the planet.

• Our Mission

Our mission is to produce clean, biologically active compost and soil blends that help restore soil health and support stronger, healthier plants.

We believe healthy soil is the foundation of healthy food, healthy ecosystems, and healthy communities.

Through careful composting practices, clean inputs, mineral balance, and living biology, we work to build soil that gardeners, farmers, and landscapers can trust.

Beyond producing high-quality compost, we are committed to educating our community about soil health, composting, and regenerative growing practices so more people can reconnect with the land and the food they grow.
